Refund & Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you must cancel a booking 7 days prior to your event, you will be responsible for 50% of the booking rate. If you cancel your booking within 7 days of your scheduled event you will be responsible for 100% of the booking rate and no refunds will be provided. No shows are responsible for 100% of the booking rate.
Full payment for booking is to be paid to the driver upon arrival at the designated pick up location unless the payment is made in advance. If full payment is NOT made prior to the scheduled departure time, the driver reserves the right to refuse to depart from the pick up location and/or refuse to allow clients to board the bus until full payment is rendered.
A $35.00 fee will be charged for bad credit card processing.
Departure times from pick up locations will be strictly enforced. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific departure times.
Note for scheduled crawls: If clients are NOT present at the pick up location and ready to board by their scheduled departure time, the bus and/or limo will leave depart from the pick up location. No refunds will be provided.
Note for private reservations: If clients are NOT present at the pick up location and ready to board by their scheduled departure time, the bus and/or limo will wait for clients to arrive at the location; however, this wait time will be deducted from your allotted reservation time. This allotted reservation time will run whether or not clients are present at the pick up location.
If the weather is deemed unsuitable for the excursion, Ride and Crawl will make every effort to re-book the excursion at no expense to you. In the event of light rain or other mild weather conditions, all excursions will proceed as scheduled. In the rare event that Ride and Crawl has to cancel an excursion, you will have the opportunity to reschedule your booking (subject to availability) or receive credit towards a future booking.
All booking credits may be redeemed for up to one year from the booking date.
