Where do we meet and do I need a reservation?

We meet at 8:00PM every night (Specific meeting point will be sent at booking or in a follow up email). We advice you book in advance if you want to save a spot, since we keep our groups compact. We only accept bookings online.

What is your cancellation policy?

​

If for any reason you must cancel a booking 7 days prior to your event, you will be responsible for 50% of the booking rate. If you cancel your booking within 7 days of your scheduled event you will be responsible for 100% of the booking rate and no refunds will be provided. No shows are responsible for 100% of the booking rate.

Is there a dress code?

​

Yes there is a dress code: no athletic shoes, shorts, baseball hats, flip flops, or tank tops. Some of the clubs, especially the ones we go to last, have more reserved dress code policies. The rule of thumb is dress to impress.  We are not responsible for non admission due to dress code.

I’m from a different country but have my government I.D, can I just bring that or do i need to bring my passport?

Bring your passport as most clubs have different practices for validating I.D’s.  Your government I.D may work at the first club, but it’s possible that the second club might reject it. By bringing your valid passport you eliminate the odds of being turned away at the door.

What makes "Ride and Crawl" unique?

Unlike other "pub" crawls, we do only take you to the most fun and best venues available. We make the party and we make sure you have a great time no matter what. Besides that, we get you by far the best value for your money, no other company  offers you open bar for the price we do... NOBODY! Other companies will say "some drinks are included"  be aware that usually means 1 cheap drink the whole night.

What is Ride and Crawl?

​

Ride and Crawl is a pub/bar crawl on steroids. We get people that are unfamiliar with Jacksonville and show them to 3 or 4 great bars/clubs in and around Jacksonville. Open bar at the first venue, expedited entrances included, cover charges included, and a dedicated party host with you at all times making sure you get all the services promised to you. (We keep our crawl groups small to give a personalized experience so make sure you book well in advance)

Why not do a pub crawl myself, how much am I saving?

​

Besides paying way more on the drinks, expensive cover charges, big lines on any place you go to by yourself, we will treat you like our old friend, showing you a good time in our town. We know exactly what places are happening at specific times on specific nights not to mention the new friends you will be making throughout the night. Drinks and entrances (if you can even get in) can get pricey in Jacksonville, so being with us will make your night much simpler and with much less strain on your pocket.

What does open bar mean?

​

Open bar means that you don't have to pay for your drinks, as long as the drinks are well drinks or house beer. Drinks can get pricey in Jacksonville! At the hot spots they run an average of $10-$15 USD per drink so add that up and you'll realize the great deal you are getting with us. Premium drinks are available for additional cost on select nights.

Do we pay cover at the clubs or wait in lines?

​

Your cover charge at the clubs is free throughout the crawl. As per line waits, you receive expedited entry. Most guest list lines/ticket sale lines can have a wait time of +45 minutes or more on select nights. On average our groups wait 10-15 minutes to get into each venue. This is mostly due to having all of our people clear the I.D checkpoint and security before going inside.

What does expedited line or entrance mean?

​

It means we do not take the regular line to get in but instead take a special line which is much shorter. Regular lines to get into clubs in Jacksonville can be 1 to 2 hrs to get in at peek times. Most guest list lines/ticket sale lines can have a wait time of +60 minutes or more. On average our groups wait 10-15 minutes to get into each venue. This is mostly due to having all of our people clear the I.D checkpoint and security bag check before going inside.

What clubs will we go on the crawl?

​

Lineups vary each week. We choose venues based off of availability and popularity. We typically have our club line up the week prior to the scheduled crawls.



Do we have to get on a bus to move from bar to bar?

We take a Party bus limo from the 1st bar to the famous Jax Beach sign or Jax Skyline for pictures and then we head back to the 2nd venue of the night.



How big are your groups and who usually goes to your crawls?

We are like friends taking out friends, we keep our groups compact (no more than 35) so people are able to enjoy themselves and the people around them without having to worry about the masses. Our clients are from all over and from all age ranges but typically range between the ages of 25 to 45.



What kind of establishments do we go?

We only take you to the funnest bars/clubs in town, we have tirelessly done the research for you so we know exactly where to go and when to go. We always start at a bar, from there we kick it up a notch and go to a lounge and end the night with a bang on one of the best nightclubs in Jacksonville. We do not start our crawl in a Club on purpose there is no point of going into a club as the first location because it will be empty and you won't really enjoy yourself as much nor meet as many new people.

 

Is host gratuity included in the tour?

No, but our hosts do a tremendous job! If you feel the same way please make sure they feel the love.

​

Do you provide round trip transportation from and to our resort?

​

Typically we dont't. Only on special crawls and some private crawls. We recommend you take a taxi or bus to our meeting point and back from the last club of the night.
